I had the pleasure of meeting Carol, at a demo long before covid hit. Her products, her knowledge, her teaching, so friendly, i felt like i had known her years. I had tried some products before this day.

Carol has the most easiest of ways to teaching people. All the products from icing sugars, to nifty nozzles, are a testament to her knowledge of baking, and decorating.

She will help anyone she can, what she diesn't know, she will go above and beyond to find out. Her tutorials, laughter makes her group Friends.." Crumblies", it is the best group ever. I have made many friends, share information, learned a whole lifetime of info, even after baking for more than 30 years.

Carol is real, fun, and is one of the very best. Above and beyond an amazing lady.
